Kyle Miller, Senior Program Director, Teacher Development & Evaluation
Kyle Miller comes to ECMC Foundation from EPR Properties, a real estate investment trust that finances the construction of charter, private and early learning school facilities nationally. She was responsible for the evaluation of the academic and organizational effectiveness of the schools being considered as viable, long-term real estate investments.
Previously, Ms. Miller served as senior program officer with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She was instrumental in the inception of the education investment strategies focused on reducing the national high school dropout rate, and increasing college readiness and completion for low-income students of color. Ms. Miller awarded over $300 million of investments. Ms. Miller has extensive experience in consulting for education reform; developing effective public/private partnerships; building strategic initiatives; designing and implementing efficient systems; managing performance; and developing leaders.
Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and a Master of Arts in Not-for-Profit Leadership from Seattle University in Seattle, Washington.
