Program Officer, College Success
Linea Koehler oversees grants that increase college persistence, two-year transfer and bachelor degree completion for students from underserved backgrounds. Prior to joining ECMC Foundation, she was a Project Associate at Dalio Philanthropies, where she focused on strengthening youth-serving organizations to help improve outcomes for young people facing barriers to high school graduation and employment opportunities. Linea also worked as the grants data administrator for the broader Dalio Philanthropies enterprise, where she was responsible for improving grantmaking procedures and systems, reporting on reach and impact, and grants management.
Linea holds a BA in political science with a focus in American government from Vanderbilt University, and a Diploma in monitoring and evaluation from New York University.
