The College Completion Strategy guide is a collaboration involving four organizations: MDRC, the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association (SHEEO), The Education Trust, and The Institute for College Access and Success (TICAS). The strategy guide provides policy guidance and a summary of research aimed at increasing college completion. It covers topics such as developmental education, comprehensive support programs, career pathways, adult learners and more.
