Request for Proposal: Evaluating Impact — Mentorship in College Persistence

ECMCF seeks a partner to assess a cohort of foundation grantees that prioritize mentoring as a key component of their college success models. The selected partner will evaluate which engagement models and advising components of these mentoring programs are most effective for the persistence and successful college completion of students from traditionally underserved backgrounds.

Requirements
Any consultant or organization with a commitment to education and background in research is eligible to submit a proposal. In order to be considered, applicants must submit a proposal to ECMC Foundation’s online portal no later than 11:59 PM (PT) on October 19, 2018.

Questions may be directed to Angela Sanchez (asanchez@ecmc.org). All submitted proposals will be considered for this opportunity and one applicant will be selected to administer the evaluation. The selected partner will be contacted no later than November 30, 2018.
