As a Communications Specialist, Skye supports and executes strategic communications to advance the mission of ECMC Foundation and its grantee and investee partners. Her expertise includes public and media relations, marketing, digital content creation and multi-media storytelling.

Prior to joining ECMC Foundation, Skye was a Communications Manager at Partnership for Southern Equity where she developed and implemented communications and marketing strategies to raise brand awareness while educating and informing the public about racial equity in the American South. 

Skye began her career in communications and media as a teen reporter for WMAR-TV in Baltimore, Maryland—one of the nation’s top markets. After leaving Baltimore, Skye was a content creator, producer and reporter for award-winning television stations and media outlets in New Orleans, Miami, Raleigh and Savannah.

Skye holds a bachelor of arts in mass communication from Loyola University New Orleans.
