Loraine Park oversees the Foundation's grants measurement and evaluation efforts. In this capacity, she plays a central role in contributing to the Foundation's evaluation practice, measuring the impact of its grantmaking, ensuring grantmaking alignment with its theory of change and communicating learnings with stakeholders. Prior to joining ECMC Foundation, Loraine was a director at Harder+Company Community Research, where she worked with a broad array of social sector clients on implementation and outcomes studies, as well as strategy and planning projects. In addition to her consulting work, Loraine was a classroom teacher and worked within nonprofits and school-based programs.

Loraine holds an MA in social work with an emphasis in management and planning and a BA in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
